ABOUT PIERCING
my name is David and I am the resident body piercer at Chant Adornments.
I have been active in the body piercing community since 2004 so you may have been pierced by me in one of the locations I've previously worked within Kent and London.
A combination of natural progression and a desire to create a safe, clean and private space for our clients to be their authentic selves in led Vana and myself to open the doors to Chant Adornments in 2018.
To guarantee you are always in safe hands, you'll be happy to have the peace of mind that comes with knowing I am licensed with our local council, insured, and I hold in date certification in -
First Aid & CPR training
Bloodborne Pathogen & Infection Control training
In addition, to maintain the high standards that we insist on when you trust us with your new or healed body piercing, I am a member of the Association of Professional Piercers (APP) and the United Kingdom Association of Professional Piercers (UKAPP). Both non-profit organizations are dedicated to the dissemination of vital health and safety information about body piercing to piercers, health care professionals, legislators, and the general public.
I have also achieved my Applied Jewellery Professionals diploma (GIA AJP) with the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), a non-profit organization that protects the gem and jewellery buying public through research, education and laboratory services.
To find out more about these organisations and the important work they do for body piercing and jewellery standards, or to verify my membership with them please follow the links below.
Whether you want to start your body piercing journey with simple titanium jewellery or create a full ear curation with solid gold, we don't compromise on quality or standards.
I look forward to seeing you soon and can't wait to work with you.
